Intolerance and narrow mindedness
We are scouting around for wedding venues and came across the add for Toscana wedding venues. I enquired about the rates and what the services entailed. I spoke to Mandi and she explained what services they offer, church, d?cor, venue, catering etc. I explained to her that we were not going to have a Christian ceremony but a hindu ceremony. I explained what the proceedings would entail for the ceremony and she blatantly stated \ oh but that's not right.. That opens you up to curses and the devil...They had to help others by converting them because they would have health problems.."I was sooo flabbergasted by her response. I went on to say that she is wrong with her reaction that she is being prejudiced. How dare one person tell another that they are cursed because they practise a different religion to their own. We come so far in this day and age where people are to look beyond the colour of one skin"
