I am not happy

I got a quotation and we agreed on it.The guy wanted the whole money before starting the process or the job I gave more than 50% via bank and just when his employees started with the job,he started panicking and requesting some cash.The guy wants us to fully trust him before the job is completed.Now saying we have to draft another quotation so he can charge more.Some of the materials we agreed he would provide he did anything to rob us: e.g we requested 7 rolls of razor wires he only provided 5,we requested 33 poles, he provided minimal number possible we had to see a plan on our site.We compromised enough already.All he wants is the whole amount of money before the job is done and even wants to add more.

He saying he is in business and can even come and take everything if we don't agree on being ****** daylight.Is that how other companies treat us?Mind you when he said i should come to their offices,I found him in the office that is branding something that he is not selling.And to proof that the quotation was done manual.How could we fully trust that they can do work fully when we cant even trace them? I dont even know his name,he didnt introduce himself....

People should be careful out there.
