Excellent and professional service for kids party,place is safe,very well organised,good food,hosts and coaches,kids really enjoyed it,no injuries,just smiles.It was a lovely experience.Their booking system is good,personal touch even when you call for clarity,Buhle was very professional and patient,Oreneilwe our warm and lovely host JP our children’s hero and best coach,they were safe with you, the whole team from reception to the activities,@Total Ninja Kolonade,Pretoria,You are the best

I hosted my son’s birthday party at Total Ninja Northgate in October, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I was out of the country at the time and handled everything online and via email, and it was all arranged perfectly. From the party room setup to the food and drinks, every detail was spot-on. The service was exceptional, and our party host aas well as the rest of the staff were amazing! They kept the kids entertained throughout and made the whole experience so much fun for everyone. I especially appreciated how they brought all the kids together for the cake and singing, it was such a special moment. I will definitely use Total Ninja Northgate again for future parties and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free, fun-filled celebration.

I hosted my son’s birthday party at Total Ninja Northgate in October, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Hi there. I would just like to thank you for the amazing birthday party my daughter had on the 22nd June at Stonebridge branch. You guys really went above and beyond to accommodate everyone that was there. I’m really glad I decided to have her party there. Keep up the good work

Please note !!! Worst place to keep a childs birthday party is : Total Ninja Northgate Johannesburg.....They served burnt burger paties on burned rolls to children ....that caused my child to be sick the evening of the : 10/05/2025 !!! This eas suppose to be a day of happiness for children ....turned out to be a afternoon of nightmare !!! The room we paid for could hardly fit the children that was a group of 10....the grownups had to look on from outside the room while they were singing birthday song !!! Totally unorganized.....R3500.00 for 10 children that would have been spend better at a Papochino's restaurant....take my advised ....rather stay away !!!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at TotalNinja Northgate! From the moment we walked in, the infectious energy of the staff got us pumped for an unforgettable adventure. Lee's (TotalNinja Staff) seamless check-in process ensured everyone received their gear and was ready to go. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were absolutely impressive. What truly made our experience stand out was Mike (TotalNinja Staff) . As our guide through the obstacles, he was an absolute powerhouse! His enthusiasm, TotalNinja chants and dedication to ensuring everyone's enjoyment created an electric atmosphere. Mike's leadership and passion are undoubtedly the reasons why our team had such a blast. We're already looking forward to our next visit and specifically requesting for Mike to lead us through the obstacles again. A huge thank you to Mike, Lee, and the entire TotalNinja Northgate team for an incredible experience. We can't wait to come back!

I purchased a Ninja Crispi air fryer from Ubuy, It came from the US, but they did not advise me that the product works on 110v, not 220v. When it arrived I immediately contacted Ubuy, and after a bit of to and frow, they agreed I could return the product, It was all set for collection by DHL, and Ubuy retracted the collection at the last minute for no reason at all. I asked why and was told that on their website they say the product may need a converter. Therefore they could not accept my return. as far as I know, it's normal business practice to be able to return something if you don't want it, for any reason, but not Ubuy! As a warning, check with the supplier before putting out the money, that the product will work in SA. Secondly, be wary of Ubuy. I certainly will not buy from them again

Total Ninja Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the appalling treatment my family and I received during our recent visit to your Gateway branch. We had come to your facility to attend a children’s party with approximately 20 other guests, expecting a fun and memorable experience for the kids. Unfortunately, the visit turned into a distressing ordeal due to the unacceptable behavior displayed by your staff. Upon arrival, the assistant Ayanda at the front till was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was conversing with another staff member in a different language while serving us, which felt exclusionary and disrespectful in a customer-facing environment. The situation quickly escalated when she suddenly began shouting at me without any provocation. When I attempted to address this and explain my side, your supervisor, Dineo, showed absolutely no willingness to listen. Instead, she made the shocking decision to remove me, my husband, and our 3-year-old daughter from the facility—without a proper discussion or investigation into the matter. Even more concerning, the situation took a racial turn, with staff treating me differently and unjustly accusing me, an Asian woman, of taking unauthorized photos—without presenting any proof to support their claim. Dineo went as far as to threaten to cancel the entire party, affecting 20 children, unless we left immediately. This kind of ************ and ************** is completely unacceptable. I am appalled by the lack of basic interpersonal skills and professionalism your staff demonstrated. It was clear they were overwhelmed by the busy environment and chose to escalate the situation instead of resolving it with fairness and empathy. I genuinely question how your staff are hired and what kind of training they receive, especially in handling high-pressure situations and customer complaints. I am deeply disappointed and do not recommend Total Ninja to anyone seeking a welcoming, family-friendly environment. This experience has left us hurt and humiliated, and I sincerely hope your management team takes immediate action to investigate and ensure such conduct is not repeated. Do better. Families come to your venue to celebrate, not to be shouted at and discriminated against. I request a formal response regarding how this matter will be addressed.
