Pool Con Man

<p>Mr Eugene Louw form Total Pool Solutions, quoted us to repair our pool and asked for a 60% deposit.  He then never pitched once when he said he would.  Never answered his phone when you call him.  He brings unqualified people off of the street and does not pay them, we had to give him transport money.  He does not prepare the pool or remove the fibreglass properly.  Now he insists on the next 20% to continue the work but refuses to come address the issues we have with his work.  Its been a month for a four day job.</p>
