Back order parts

Toyota is really not willing to assist in sourcing the part to the alternative branch, not providing solution I'm even thinking of returning this car and consider another brand, what a useless services. It really frustrating, I'm struggling to get parts for my vehicle Toyota is failing to source from one branch that has parts, i have sent numerous emails.
