Worst Humiliating customer service

On the 29th when going into total North while at the food kiosk we wanted in the line for almost 30 minutes with other patrons even deciding to leave the line When we raised the concern to the staff and manager they just laughed and mocked us saying that they are busy with other things even due to numerous complaints from everyone in the line When we tried enquired from the other staff about their rude colleague the one lady said she doesn’t know her but they work together clearly belittling and mocking us This is totally unacceptable
