This company is bankrupt. We ordered shoes for the company workers and paid for it, We never got it and they have so many different excuses, Eventually went to a lawyer, and after n few months got the results back that they are bankrupt.

Good Day We ordered on the 22 July 2024 PPE for our employees and we got some of our PPE and the rest we still didn't get. They sent email saying they will put it in credit for us because they didn't have any stock we spoke with Anja Fouche they didn't let us know they are closing they didn't even pay our credit back to us its R 6088.75 What bad serves and customer communication, how can we get our money back

I purchased much needed workwear on the website about a month ago. Transaction was successful, all of a sudden (when making a follow-up), their numbers are off and I get an automated e-mail response saying they are under liquidation! How do I get a refund? Who are the liquidators? Somebody please HELP!

As we have all been ****med with everyone sharing the same experiences, we are now being told that Total Guard has entered voluntary liquidation. Ruan Jacobs, the owner, has been ****ming people and their businesses of their money for more than a year. He is a con artist and a *****. Can anyone share who the liquidation attorney is? It's not about the money ****** or the fact that goods were never delivered, emails unanswered, whatsapp, calls or messages ignored; it's to ensure Ruan Jacobs is never in a position to do this again or to simply walk away having blatantly ****** from people. He is a disgrace of a human being.

I PUT IN A ORDER WITH TOTAL GAURD AS ALWAYS ON THE 14 AUG 2025 TO MY SUPRISE 5 DAYS LATER STILL NO ORDER. I SEND A EMAIL TO THEM AND WITH REPLY THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE TSHIRTS AT THE WARE HOUSE. SO ANOTHER WEEK PAST NO RESPONSE FROM TO AND A FEW EMAILS AGAIN ASKING FOR MY ORDER NO REPLY FROM. IN THE WEEK I MADE A NEW EMAIL AND ASK FOR MY ORDER WITH THE REPLY THAT THEY ARE LIQUIDATING. I was HIT iwht a shock of my lif, Ruan, who was handling my order, said he does not work for the Company anymore . To make matters worse,I emailed their email address and whatsapp and I received a message stating that the business is undergoing liquidation proceedings, with no mention of my refund. It feels like we are being ****med, as it is clear they will neither deliver the products nor return our money, which is truly disappointing.

O my word, I wish I had gone onto Hellopeter earlier. I placed 2 different orders for workwear for my people and also the same b...........t, they are delayed at the harbour for almost 6 weeks. Then he says no send details for refund. And not a word since then.. How can we stop this man from *****ing our hard earned money!????

They don’t deserve any stars!!! I ordered some safety shoes through their website at the beginning of May and I am STILL waiting. I was dealing with a gent called Ruan Jacobs who was obliging and apologetic for the delay and when I requested a refund he told me now problem, to send my details and that was the last I heard. They/ he are ******. The WORST part is I am clearly not the only one who has been ****med by them yet you can still order stuff online and make payment to them through PAYFAST. How can this be allowed? I will most certainly be getting in touch with them too. Infact, whilst I am at it, I will notify Shopify too. They power this website. Very unhappy.
