Mandy went above and beyond for us. We have no words to express our gratitude to this phenomenal woman. I'm sure that staying up till 2am to phone Australia on our behalf is not part of her job description. Thank you for everything.

Please can the debit order STOP NOW my dad is a pensioner and I have send a letter to them on 2010 to stop the debit order and still they are trying to debit allkinds of different amounts from R1700 to 656 to 200 ect.... my dad is not working he a pensioner and they trying to take his last sent that he must pay for a roof over his head and then some food as well. I am going to take this further because my mother also said to them to stop it because they do not have money to pay for the DMC holiday club and yet they don't listen!! Every month DMC are putting my dad under more and more stress and he is not a healthy man he had 3 triple bypasses and after that 4 heart attacks and a stroke last year and yet while my dad was in hospital my mother got calls. STOP PHONING MY DAD! and STOP taking money they already said they DO NOT WANT IT! I would also like to get a legit email address where I can email a letter to STOP this debit order! it is ridiculous to see and hear how many people are targeting the pensioners to take there every last cent.

I worked for Tourvest Travel in which my Provident Fund was captured by Alexander Forbes.<br> After leaving the company. I completed the claim form since 28 th January 2016. Until today, no one at Alexander Forbes can confirm my claim. Yet, Tourvest is unreachable.<br> I have family to look after. That must be considered when claim is processed.

I booked a car through Yell For Yellow, I was then sent a consultant from Tourvest Travel who was pleasant and assisted me very well, but when I got to Cape Town, the car hire they organized couldnt give me a car. I called and told them, my refund was due in 7days since I now had to use a shuttle because I had already paid for a car I couldnt get. <br> <br> today is 15days later, I am still waiting for my refund... <br> <br> I am appalled at the service, I am the one calling or emailing them all the time and they keep saying tomorrow tomorrow, When exactly should I expect my money, how hard is it to give someone their money back?
