Complaint

I am struggling to do an exchange within 3 weeks I bought a scooter for my little boy after it was damaged and I left it at the store . After all I reported the matter to the centre management immediately that day and they promise to get back to me but first they need to speak to the owner of the shop but till to date I haven't heard anything it's 2 weeks now.
