Toyota Barloword Witbank accepting more bookings than they can handle. I have visited the service department with an emergency on Wednesday morning the 28th and was told they cant help I need to book it in for next day, I then booked and brought it in the next day morning. At 16h00 when they did not call to give updates the whole day I found out that nothing was started, on Friday at 10h30 as was promised it would be done no one could give me any feedback. I had to call more than 3 times and constantly be put on hold. I still haven't received any call back for feedback.
