They delayed me bringing in my car as there was a service part on order. Took it in on the booked date, car not done as the spare not there. Over R1500 in Uber fees. Spoke to the dealer principle and service manager, they did not care except for feeble excuses and backtracking. Customer means nothing. Service adviser useless. Tried to buy a Prado, told not to bother as the eating list to long, tried to buy a GR Bakkie, salesman tried to sell me another model in the floor. Walked out frustrated.

Good day - to whom it may concern. I write with total disappointment with the service I received from the person I was asked to contact for my number plates after purchasing a fairly new Toyota Corolla. I called the person (from Toyota Centurion) and he was terribly rude to shout at me and have a total communication breakdown just to deliver the number plates with the disc and ensure that we have the correct rivets put on which were the silicone coated head rivets which was requested from the onset. I was rudley referred back (by Toyota Centurion) to the Toyota Dealership where I had purchased the Car. Upon my follow up with the Dealership from where I had purchased the car, this was supposed to have been done last week already and I received no communication from (Toyota Centurion) with the required arrangements until I had volunteered to call to facilitate with the extremely rude personnel from Toyota Centurion.. I tried calling the personnel again and he refused to accept my call either from whatt's app nor from a different number during working time. I left VW (where supposed to purchase a Polo) to purchase the Toyota brand and now starting to really regret my decision.

Worst exoerience ever today!!!!! Service advisor late for work!! Never met him Called him but he was out again, never phoned me back. Liberty. Sat and wait for 4 hours. Only told me at 3:20pm on reported problems and they will "quickly fix it" Now I have to take the car to Lynnwood Toyota on Friday to fix the problems. Utterly useless and *********** bunch if people. Toyota losing the plot!!!! Bring back the previous Dealer Principal who had pride in his work and team. They will never see me again!!!!

They will tell you after purchasing a car from them that you can come back if you have any problems within 6 months. I had a problem with a water leak and brake light bulb error message that keeps popping up from time to time. Took it back they only managed to fix the leak issue but the brake light bulb error was not fixed as they could not figure out where the problem was. I took it back and tried to ignore the error until my boot suddenly stopped opening. Called the dealership and spoke to my sales guy of which he told me to remove the battery and put it back on to reset hoping the boot will open again but it did not work. I sent an email asking for assistance as this vehicle is still under 6 months warranty offered by the Toyota Centurion but was ignored. Just shows they don't really care about after-sales service.

UTTER UTTER UTTER RUBBISH SERVICE AND RACIST STAFF MEMBER AT TOYOTA CENTURION FRANCIS BUYS! I brought my TOYOTA YARIS in on the 13th December 2021 for a checkup on my suspention as it was making a noise and the service advisor was not accommadating at all. Firstly she very rude, she did not greet and she was not even looking at me in my eye as i chatted to her on the problem! I guess its because im not white! However i got through what needed to be done and waited a day as was told. As soon as i come in today on the 14th to collect my car, my gear box thread has been torn off on the knob completely by the people who worked on the car and i was told by the service advisor that the alignment has been done as requested, and paid but my invoice does not show the alignment qoute! What rubbish service is this! Is this the toyota that came from china! She was arrogent and rude to me and very disrespectful and i expect an apology! I EXPECT MY KNOB OF MY GEAR TO BE FIXED AS TOYOTA ARE THE ONES WHO RIPPED IT! NOW FIX IT OR REPLACE IT! I EXPECT AN ALIGNEMNT DONE AS I PAID FOR IT BUT MY INVOICE DOES NOT SHOW IT! I asked the serice advisor if my car is ready after i paid as she was standing right next to it when completed but she said they will bring it to me, guess what same time the guard tells me your car is here and she just walks away! Is this the new apartheid regimn! I EXPECT AN APOLOGY FROM TOYOTA AND MY GEAR KNOB FIXED AND CAR ALIGNMENT DONE! OR MY LAWYER WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH TOYOTA!

His assistance with electronic quotations for my Etios Cross and ordering and sending these parts to the panel beater was awesome.
