Compliment for great service

I booked my car in for a service today at East Rand Toyota and experienced excellent service as always. Irma Nel, the Service Advisor has been phenomonal. She was friendly, greeted everyone in the vehicle receiving area and booked the vehicle in without letting myself or other customers wait long. On top of that it was a freezing cold morning and she made sure everyone knew there was hot coffee inside. For sure a person to have in that role. I have been a long standing client with ER Toyota and they are a superb dealership in all regards.
