Toyota Finance biggest ******* and super arrogant,unhelpfull and rudes employees ever, RUN never use them to finance your car

I wanted to sell my toyota fortuner in a shock realized never got my natis from toyota, so phoned them super super super rude person answered this was december 2025 I explained i needed my natis and never realize i did not receive it as my car was paid off in 2020.The 1st person listen and looked after saying not their problem litterly saying mam not our problem.I put phone down tried again this time asking for a manager then i was told there is no managers on duty and again we can assist and it not our problem. So I phoned again asking same thing for a manager the person not realizing i can hear said to lady just make like your the manager, so talk to this absolutely rude disgracefull lady after me shouting at her and she at me I was told my car was sold in 2016 to some chocolate car dealer and they send the natis to them,i was schocked i never lived in randburg and I have proof of sending toyota finance the correct adress.I asked so if my car was paid off in 2016 where did my money for the year after that go to and i paid it off as well so my car was paid of twice then and toyota got twice the money but send my natis to a random.dealer which doesnt exist, the answer was not my problem your word against ours.I told them they where ****ing useless what am I suppose to do it was their fault they send iet to wrong place and they took money for my fortuner twice,the answer do what you want mam not my problem it was send to randburg sort it your self.No I go to a toyota dealership whom agrees to try and help al off sudden (im guess after realizing they took twice the money for the fortuner), the toyota dealer was told i dont exist i never drove a toyota now they block me from every way they can why???? I will in my life never drive a toyota again finance by toyota finance the biggest biggest rude, arrogant company, and on top off that *******.Pathetic!!!!! I still sit without my natis and can not sell my car.
