The service I received from the service manager is outstanding, assisting me from day one from sourcing the parts and providing options available for me because I could not afford the new alternator. I have my car back and I am so happy with the overall service. Also helping with diagnosis of that of the parts of the car that needs urgent attention. A huge thanks goes to Gugu Nkosi. You are appreciated.

I took my car for diagnostic to Middleburg Toyota services they test drive it with my partner, they and heard the sound my car was making, then they told my partner to book for it and bring it back on the date they booked for us,my partner drove there and leaved the car.My car had no engineor oil sign on the speedometer,it was on Tuesday 25 March 2025 then Friday 28 March 2025 he went back to Toyota services to get an update on what is the problem on the car, whe he arrives there they told him that the car is having an engine knock and the estimated R40000 to R50000 to fix it then my partner asked for the car back then they said the car is nolonger moving the engine is nolonger running. Then he couldn't take the car because we gave them a moving car but now they want to give us a car with an engine that is no running

I took my vehicle in as I had a strange sound on the left front. Asked for propper feedback my vehicle had less than 40000km on and Toyota service manager told me " driving on gravel roads and wear and tear is the reason" I asked to have a look at the vehicle records if there is not any issues on them from the factory 0 feedback. Service manager is besides *********** and dishonest **** to me in my face and my wife regarding her vehicle that we had to take back 3 times as they did not do any effort on fixing the problem we highlited. To make matters worse they asked me to leave the vehicle there as they are not done with the problem. In reality they never ever started and **** straight up in my face. This got so bad I was at the DP no suprize he did nothing nor get back to me on my questions I asked. This is really disappointing service and terrible management

Bought a Ford used car on them on the 4th of June 2024. I raised complains of the car from the 5th of June. Solly Keetse(Salesman) from Toyota NMI kept on ignoring me until the 9th of July he came back to say I can take it to their partner Ford NMI because I kept complaining about the car. Even today the 13 of August 2024, the car is still with Ford NMI based on Solly not giving go ahead for the roadworthy process that's still outstanding with the fixes.

I bought a bakkie from barloworld toyota middelburg. After 3 days that i got the bakkie i reported problems on the bakkie. They took the bakkie 3 times. And still the problems was not sorted. 8 months later i still have the same problems. They then told me to fix it under the extra waranty i took out. I just think it was they that sold me the bakkie with this problems. And it is theyer responsibility to repair the problems that was on the bakkie. NEVER WILL I BUY A THING FROM TOYOTA AGAIN. very poor service.

We bought our Toyota Fortuner 2.4 GD6 almost 2 years ago. A few months ago we noticed that the fuel consumption was not as usual and we took it to Middelburg Toyota where they checked the injectors and computer. The consumption is still not right and we get between 4.5 & 5km/L. This is ridiculous and we might as well drive a V6. We contacted Toyota on numerous occasions with no avail. They do net get back to us to resolve this issue. My husband drives a 2.4 GD6 Hilux and he average between 9 &11km\L. Both have the same size fuel tank and when my husband fills up he gets over ****m but when I fill up I only get about 430km. The gauge will be on quarter then the range would be on 7km. I have pictures to proof this. Then suddenly it will say "REFUEL" but the gauge is not even close to empty and the light not even on yet. The next day the range would say 38km with the gauge almost on empty and the light on. Then suddenly the light goes off and the range say 33km. My husband disconnected the battery one time when it said "REFUEL" but the light was not on and when het connected the battery again, the range was 48km. We contacted Toyota again and they only informed us that we must fill up about 3 times (+-R5000) and keep the slips, then only will they look at the problem. This is utterly unacceptable and costing us lots of money spent on fuel.

Very unpleasant and worst service ever, again. Thank you for ruining my ownership experience. I will make sure I do not buy this product again. Factory warranty means nothing.
