On Tuesday the 29th October I took my car to Toyota Polokwane. I was bit worried looking at the number waiting to be serviced that I will be there the whole day. The service I received was awesome, service advisor Bianca Swanepoel took her time to explain everything and gave advices of what I need to look out for in the near future. The driver who transported us was friendly and engaged on several general conversations. The car didn’t stay in the service bay for long, I was greatly impressed. Keep up the great work

I wish to express my appreciation to the manner in which I was handled by Polokwane Toyota when I sent my car there for routine service on 3 January 2023. I was told to submit the car by 7:30am, which I did. I received a call by 11:00am that they had finished. The service was perfectly done. I was even assured when I collected my car that I would feel some difference in it's performance. That was indeed true. In addition to routine service, car was washed outside, cleaned inside and even the engine area was thoroughly cleaned. This was the 6th sevice ever since I bought the car from Toyota. This was the first time I managed to collect my car within 4 hours from the time I move it in for routine service. When I collected. This was the first time l collected the car having been cleaned. I could really feel the difference that the car had indeed had been well serviced. Hats off to you guys at Polokwane Toyota. Jacqueline Sekhula was my Service Advisor... a very courteous lady indeed, whether talking to her at her desk or over the phone. Thank you my sister. Unfortunately I stay far away from Polokwane, otherwise I would take my car there again for my future routine services. I salute you guys.. keep up the good standard of customer care. Such are the services we anticipate to get in such companies.

Terrible service when inquiring about a vehicle online. Salesmen do not return calls or messages. Lines get cut or is being cut off. By the time you get through, they tell you the car is no longer available and cut the call.

I took my car to Toyota Polokwane. Because I believe Toyota did give in the wrong information on their report to the and the quote to the insurance, because as I check the quote they have given to me some of the things are double and they said is the quote that they send to insurance. After my claim was rejected I have been told that I must pay the amount of R8000 for stripping the car if I don’t fix the car with them. I logged a complain to the insurance where I thought I will get a help as much as am paying every month but nothing even my Agent I must call her to get the information as she also doesn’t report anything to me about my claims. Fine, then I logged a complain to Toyota about the Quotation which had lots of thing double I was talking to Catherine Lamola and she gave me another quotation telephonically for R22 300.00, and on that quote I have decided to fix the car in a help from my family and that was fully paid. Now, the Toyota this morning they were telling me that there was blockage of gasket I must again pay R25 000.00 of which I don’t have. On this that’s why I am saying they give in the wrong information because I believe if they did the stripping the they should have seen everything and give in the right quotation from the start. On the 5th of June I logged the complain with the Tecnhical Manager then he told me that he go and found out, on the 6th of June he call me and tell me that hes not gonna fix my car with the amount that they gave and he amout was fully paid. he said they must give me another quote and I asked that why they where giving me wrong quote as much much as they said they did stripping on the car he then told me that I take the new quote or I must come and take my car without being fixed.
