When I bought my car, I took out scratch and dent cover with Toyota Streamline Maintenance Plan. December 2 in 2019 I put a claim 318204 and sent all required photos but the process was very slower than their promised response. I kept enquiring but nothing......until the entire December. On the 30th they call to say they have ONE quote and it's more than the insured amount / limit and that if I prefer I can get my own quotations. I asked to be sent the copy of that quotation so I can compare prices and see how much difference I would have to pay / top up . The company is refusing to send the quote saying they can't send to me and there is no valid reason. The company is the worst insurance company I have had to deal with. Absolute poor service!
