We purchased a TP Link Archer 23 router from Incredible connection a few months ago. We found that setting it up was nit user friendly. Further more the displayed capabilities as it was disclosed on the box is not what it can actually do or provide. Be careful purchasing this Brand and model of router as it will not provide the performance as advertised on the box.. if you have many online device at home it will not be able to perform properly as it will through off Devices randomly without you having any control over this happening. It cannot support multiple Pcs, Smart TV boxes and especially problematic when you have multiple Wiresless devices like Cell phones, Communication ****les and wired devices connected via a network switch... it just doesn't suit a modern home with IOT devices

Bought a T P Link Tapo RV 30 Plus robot vacuum a little over a year ago and replacement parts and dust bags have been discontinued already. Little or no response from T P Link regarding this issue and Customer service is terrible. They do not answer their phones at support centre so I'm stuck with an expensive item that I no longer can use. I would warn anyone looking at T P Link product's to seriously think twice!

Please do not buy TP Link Deco WiFi extenders. They are total garbage that must be recycled for plastic. Did not see such hot mess in a long time... Avoid the frustration and disappointment.

Purchased a TP-Tapo robot vacuum, the clip that hds the mop broke off and I am unable to get a replacement from TP-Link, they don't even reply to my emails. I paid one R8000 for this product and am I expected to just throw it away and buy a new one. Their customer service is trash and I will never buy any of their products again. I would advise anyone to think twice before buying from them. I promise you will be wasting your money.

I am disgusted in the poor customer service received from TP Link. I have dealt with Portia and Edward. I was told my unit was faulty (extender) and needed to be replaced. No one responds to my emails since.

I spoke to an consultant Edward, and explained to him about my new TP-link EX220 router I have for a few months now that after anyone of us in the house hold on PC or Phone google. Then google will start prompting for Captivia Verification, where you have to select the pictures to veryfy that you are human because of unusal traffic. I never had this with my previous router. I now plugged my previous router back and do not have the problem, but do not get the speeds I want as what the TP-Link gives me. I would realy like this sorted out. I did not pay over R2500.00 for a router that does this.

You think ignoring Takealot on my return is quality cTPontrol and service to us? I paid so much for that router, 2 to 3 weeks in you dont even reply me or takealot on my return with a router i use for busines!!!!! I WILL NEVE BUY YOUR PRODUCTS. I want my money or working router simple
