Trac Mac Poor Service from workshop again

30 years of good service, last 3 visits poor service from workshop, damage rim, use of wrong parts.Owner Kevin has a real bad attitude, because you raise concerns the customer is suddenly wrong, best of worse luck for your business mnr, wont see me or family again and will share the word accordingly. Being a monopoly does not guarantee continued success with such attitude.
