Hoped for amasing

Well went to she her to make my gown to rent. Eight months before my wedding. On appointment she gave me this high hopes for my gown. To be able to have beautiful low ect.She said she will provide me a design on what I explained to her as soon as I pay 75% of the gown and it's one time Valentine special ect. making you think you will not get anyone else and everyone will be fully booked. So we paid.we agreed upon September will come for measurements. September came and started to get nervous as didn't heard from her nor did I actually received a design. Eventually I got hold of her where my appointment kept being rescheduled. Measurements got taken and when I explained what we discussed she kept referring to a dress of a other bride. Where I said I don't want lace I all of sudden full bust lace.

Also she kept assisting the dress should be with scopa where I told her many time I do not like scuba it make me feel uncomfortable and unbridal. I started to feel unease using her for the "designer" and asked to get my deposit back. In contract stated if she bought any material I can't get my deposit Wich she didn't buy. Said she doesn't give deposits back at all, wich felt unfair as I been forced to use her. End up going through with it when she agreed to use material I brought, tried to put my vision out Wich clearly failed as I asked for a line dress with v line neck and low back. Showed her my matric farewell dress as example on how I want the skirt and flow, changing neckline to v line neck. She end up making me the same dress with I a bit weird shaped neck. When I asked for under dress with other lace look alike material she said she didn't quote for putting it on the dress. Brought the material along to show it is not lace then she agreed to fit in the dress. This now 2 weeks before my wedding. Got small scallop to put on top as she said it look empty. Week before. I started to get over it as everytime I put dress on I kept complaining under arms is not right and I don't like that it bundling up. Assume she made space for my big 12 size body with the extra size up. Now she would say I kept changing the design and kept adding. But I did even draw my own design and got not what I asked for. Dress end up having extra lace Wich she added and actually complained about amount of work. The dress had underskirt Wich could clip off. The clips was actually falling before I even actually wearing the dress. End up picking up my dress the morning for had to leave to go to the accommodation of venu. I was ok with the dress as I was so over this whole experience. She asked how it went and how it was and when I actually explained about the clips she got offended by my feed back. Will recommend her if your plus size with bigger bust but not really a 12 she specialises in bigger sizes and I kept it in consideration. But I was not extremely happy with my experience or the dress
