TRACTOR GIANTS (Pretoria North) is a scam!!! Tractor Giants is Selling POOR QUALITY tractors! I bought a brand new "Kubota EK6060 " tractor from them recently, guess what on the first day of usage the tractor had to stop every 30min because the diesel pump couldn't pump enough diesel to the engine. I raised the issue with the dealer all they could do was send a stupid video on how to flash the injectors which I tried but the problem still persisted. They are telling that for them to send a technician to assess the tractor I must pay the travel fees of their technician to fix their poor quality tractor how crazy is that !!! They might look like a big company but clearly they aren't they are just disguised scammers. Kindly share my story with your contacts maybe someone can give a piece of advice on how to take them on. Thank you.

Tractor giants needs to handle Sedireng's situation better . First of all the customer spent a lot of money to purchase the "brand new" tractor and now again they need the very same customer to spend more money in order to get it fixed ??? When you buy something brand new you don't expect such mechanical failures within the first year let alone the first day . Sounds like this machinery was faulty way before purchase

I bought a brand new Kubota EK 6060 2WD 1905 Tractor with a Slasher to cut grass. On the first day the tractor lost power and was cutting due to the diesel pump malfunctioning. I informed the Sales Representative Giovanni Muller about this he gave ineffective solutions. 2 days later the weight balancing part of the tractor fell and the clutch burned out. Tractor Giants which is in Pretoria North required me to claim for warranty. They also noted that I either take the tractor to them or pay for their mechanic to come on site for assess the problem on their brand new tractor. I am currently working in Mpumalanga, Kendal Power station. This means the costs of delivering the tractor to them will be huge given the distance from Mpumalanga to Pretoria North. How does a brand new tractor break down on first attempt of use? How do I now have to bear costs for repairs on a new tractor. Warranty or Not. Tractor Giants sold me a below par tractor. I guess that is why you do not see a lot of Kubota Tractors out there. They are a huge flop. Now Tractor Giants do not want to Refund me. The brand new tractor did not work for even 50 hours not even a full week. I am disappointed. I feel ripped off. Bear in mind I had to hire an alternative tractor to cut the grass. Now I have to consider legal action which "the Giant" will be facing me in a probably, Long stalled process to try and squash the underdog.
