Helgard the Tik Tok priest

A Person Helgard cled me. He is also preeching om Tik Tok. He promised me huge profits. I invested R1000 and quickly he made R21000. Then he said i must increase my wallet with R3000, which i did. Then i have to pay R2500 to withdraw this money. Now i have to pay R2100 reflection fee.

Does anybody know this guy? He is residing in Cape Town. I would like to remove all his fingers
