He has the most greatest sense of humour. He goes out of his way to ensure constant communication with the client. He goes as far as calling after work hours to give you a proper and amazing feedback better than my insurance with regards to my vehicle. He is a true brand ambassador for Trade motors. I've literally saw him sweating while working hard to ensure my vehicle is fixed and its in an acceptable condition and ready for collection.
