Trade Finance is locking accounts

I have invested on the platform for the past 7 months, december i wanted a payout of my money but they ignored all my emails sent to them leaving me frustrated. on the 2nd of February 2025 i got a recommendation to email R E F U N D B A C K -- N E T , i followed due process filled and sent everything they asked. And in less than a week i got all my stuck monies out.
