Dear Tariq Al Kendi,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
Gold and major US indices can sometimes show irregular or “noisy” price action, especially during periods of heightened volatility or macro-driven events. This can make charts feel a bit unusual in the short term.
We’re glad to hear that you find the fees and trading conditions satisfactory, as we aim to keep pricing competitive and transparent across instruments. For chart analysis, you might also explore different timeframes, indicators, and chart types available on the platform to better align with current market behavior.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you continued success in your trading.
Kind regards, Tradeel Team
Best regards,
