Trademarker's bad treatment

I started the process of registering trademark with this business in 2020 and made payment for them to start the process.I kept a contact with them,being me contacting them via email.And there was never a positive response from them until the lady i was in contact with,told me that she no longer work for the company.She refered me to the attorneys who never even assisted me.There are nowhere to be found.I paid around R2500 and it went straight to the drain,i am now starting again.If anyone can assist with me getting my moneny back,please do.
