Wow to every store I've even been to I was never disappointed from buying clothes to returning it for a bigger size I must say I'm pleased with the customer service they provide and the staff are always friendly,keep up the good work guys

i bought 2 sealed packs of boxers labeled XXL, store policy is no exchanges or refunds on underwear but the staff noticed there is no way i could fit into the large boxers inside the packs and got me XXL.

I purchased a garment from Traders and wore it once, there was a default. 5 days after purchasing a garment I was told that Traders will not accept the exchange due to it being worn and that the garment was to small for me and they not being able to resell it. I was taking aback and offended by this. I was not able to voice my opinion and show frustration, so ADT was called to the store to escort me off the premises. As a consumer this has never happened to me before and I truly take offense to this. Traders warehouse Paarl needs to really step up their game when it comes to management and really needs to show better customer service. Following the procedure of their return policy within 14 days and being told that firstly I was to big for the garment, then told that the garment was not in it original packaging and finally being told that the garment has been worn. Jillian Sacks as the operational manager has no empathy towards customers and her approach to issues should be more sympathetic.

On the 9th January 2023 , i went to Traders Warehouse Golden Acre was i sorry i went there . The worst customer service i have ever received . The cashier was so rude to me . I asked if i could come to her as i was ready to pay , " HER RESPONSE , CNAT YOU SEE IM STANDING HERE " I was so shocked that she spoke to me like that . I asked her i have been standing here and you blatantly ignored me and now when i ask to approach you giving me your ugly attitude. I have never been disrespected by a customer service person. I am very disappointed .

I regularly shop at Traders Warehouse. Until recently, end of September I bought goods at Claremont and Ottery branch. I went back after the 14 days to exchange the good and was told that I could not get a refund but they are happy to exchange the goods for something else. I was comfortable with that and shopped around but could not find anything to replace the goods. I asked the cashier at Ottery branch if I could get a "IoU" slip or voucher of some sort as I couldnt find anything at the time and she told me that as long as I have the slip and the tags are on they will exchange for something else. Twice thereafter I went back to the shop and couldnt find anything. Last week Saturday I was in Claremont and found a few things at Claremont branch. When I got to the till the cashier said they will not take it back as its too far along after I bought it. I told her what the cashier at Ottery told me but she refused. I then went back today, 19th November to the Ottery branch, found a few items, explained to the cashier and then the manager was called who then refused to exchange the goods. She then told me that nobody there would have told me that and it could have been the previous staff members who are no longer there. At the end of the day I did not suck this info out of my thumb, the items are still in the shop, tags are on and slip provided. Customer services has really gone down the drain because then the staff should have been trained and it has nothing to do with me that the previous staff members now gone advised me of such a process. I am livid at the waste of my time and the level of service received. If I knew this would be an issue I would have taken anything else to exchange the goods. Pathetic!

Good day, Trust all is well. Yesterday the below happened to my at traders and no-one even bothered to contact me , you can read the below email i sent to them supplier. Help you will be able to help me. I would like to report the incident that took place yesterday at traders in promenade store at 12h00. I am not sure if this was reported to you however I tried calling you 021 447 4725 I spoke to the reception but she could not assist me. My son of 3years old was with me in the store yesterday while I was purchasing items however he turned around and his eye went against an open object where it had to be covered (the shoe rack ) no-one of the staff offered to help me my son eye was bleeding I had to rush with him to the hospital . The manager on duty could not even help me or ask me if I needed assist with taking him to the hospital. I am truly disappointed in the manager as she could not assist me. As I explained this to you did not give me a hearing you just said it’s my responsibility to look after my son that is not the case the object was open and that is a hazard. You said I should take it further not even a sorry. Very upsetting I will email the case number shortly
