Traffic ticket

On the 21st of September 2021 i was written a ticket

R500 Reason no license disk showing I did not notice it fell of that morning so it was lying underneath the screenprotector on the dashboard.

On the 23 September i went to your traffic department 2 reed street bellville to sort this out as a traffic cop told me that is the only way....

Making arrangements at work i was there at traffic department at 3 . Standing in a line outside due to covid waiting to be let in . Just before half past 3 i was let in . In the line outside there is no one giving you guidence asking what you are there for no one working the line which i find very bad. Coming inside to a full traffic department i took a seat but if i didnt ask a lady standing inside a question as to why i was there to sort out my traffic ticket which i can proof i have a license i would have been there at least another hour or more for nothing.

When i asked my question about my ticket inside to the lady standing there she inpolitely told me sorry the one lady working with traffic tickets was closed and went home at 3.

I am 5 months pregnant and its already a risk just beiing there but i went to sort this out your trading hours says till 15:30 but she was gone before that and emagine if i sat there till after 4 or longer just to hear sorry mam that lady is already home.

customer service is very important .
