Nico Loots Zannico Trailers

I have a complaint against Nico Loots cell number 061 415 8905 adres 105 Franken Drive, Mayville, Pretoria, 0084. He operates under the following names: Zannico Trailers Zanico Trailers Gnn Trailers NG Trailers Sanmarie trailers All of them are not registered trailor builders or at SARS. email address: zannicotrailers@gmail.com

We ordered a specific trailor from him.

When we received the trailer we were very disappointed - he was on the way to holiday and if we were not satisfied we could return it on 6 January 2021, when he would be back from leave. There are 64 faults on the trailer and the trailer/caravan was full of wood rot. We took it back and he chased my husband away swearing at him. He said he will see what he can fix. All of the time my trailer stood with him and he never fixed any of the faults. And then all of a sudden he informed us that we can pick up our trailer at a different address - the trailer then looked worse than the first time due to rain and it was not standing under a roof. This Trailer/caravan is not according to SABS standards and it is registered as brand new. Subsequent to my complaints this person blocked me on all media, phone, whatsapp and email.

There are 3 more complainants in the same situation as I am regarding this person. My loss is R58 200. Can you please advise me how can I solve my problem to get my money back or have it repaired to SABS Standards with no further costs to me.

He is not registered as a box trailer builder but he builds it. Our trailer is registered as Boosh Bebee Trailer and I googled the bussiness and found a phone number 072 799 0911. According to me he uses them to illegally register his built trailers.
