Not professional

Hello my name is Shenique Van wyk I'm in need of help I did a learnership at Training force in the year 2022 Contact center. I could not complete the learnership due to a complicated pregnancy. I notified my project manager (Wendy) and she adviced me to send a resignation letter. I send the letter in July 2022. Recently I app**** for another learnership I got the learnership but they came back and told me they check and realized i'm still on training forces system. I went to training force the same day I got the news( 26/03/2024) I got my project manager (Wendy) she gave me her email and advice me to resend my resignation letter, explaining why I left the learnership and why I need to be removed from the system. I ask her why I need to do this again because I send my resignation letter in July 2022. She said it's a process and the sponsoring company need to sign my letter.My question is why didn't she do this when I send my letter the first time, she has my number if she needed me to sign anything she could have called . I called yesterday whole day and even asked family members to call and try and get hold of her. The way the receptionist is unprofessional two people spoke to me at the same time. Then Wendy is in a meeting then they moving offices . Today i went in person for the second time( 9 April 2024) asking for the letter she just was not helpful she said she can not help me with the termination letter because of the process . She didn't even wanted to come down and see me she just send me a WhatsApp, sending me the termination agreement said I must sign and send it back to her. I miss out on a opportunity because of this the letter was not fully complete by training forces only my details was filled on it I just want to be removed from the system at Training force. Unfortunately it was not done the first time if I was aware I would have asked her to remove me already in 2022.I tried going through the process but it's clear Wendy is not interested I mean I sent her my resignation letter more then once and she didn't even care to respond saying she was on leave since last month March 2024. I did get an automatic responses from Wendy saying she's on leave and gave me her superiors email which was not much help because I still did not get and feed back from her
