Trainyoucan institute disappointing

What they advertise about themselves is a lie. Very unreliable, I since did a Facilitation course with them 10 months ago and to date awaiting my certificate, Assessment was done all POE sent to them and got positive feedback. But certificate...??? I am missing out on job opportunities because of this. I am highly disappointed as they advertise themselves to have a good support system to their learners, which is not what I'm experiencing right now. My plead (several) for the certificate to be emailed to me is just being ignored!
