I went to go buy some T-shirts at trappers middelburg mall. The shirts is 2 in a pack for a good price. I ussually ask them if I can change to shirts if I dont want te colours and they assisted me like that previously. Today when I asked the woman said they dont do that. I said to the woman,so you would rather chase people away and give up the money that person wanted to spent at the store? She proudly said yes she would! No worries for business going down the drain. I wonder who would support a shop like that and staff like that. I cant think how many people they chased away like this. How do trappers want us to support them if they dont want to help customers. The woman even said to me look if there is hanging shirts there and take it from there,me walking threw the shop still didnt see any wildebees shirts hanging with no assisstance. I would tell everybody not to support this shop! I dont know how you would ever get business from me again!

This is directed to Lucky from Trappers in Clearwater Mall, what a great service he offered me, we ordered an item online, only to discover that we ordered a small size, we went to Clearwater Trappers for an exchange, which we couldn't get the correct size as well...but he went all out to ger the size until he got one at Trappers Craddlestone Mall... that's what is defined a the great service which is very rare these years.

Bought a stanley flip straw on the 30th of November the stanley was defective they send it back but when they called me to come get my new item it was the wrong product. I then asked for a refund so I could buy the product I wanted somewhere else. They do not want to refund me I have been waiting more than 6 weeks for my item know i have to wait again. Buying such a expensive item one would think they would be more helpfull.

I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with the appalling customer service I've experienced with Trappers Trading. My ordeal began when I purchased Solomon shoes from their online store three months ago, only to find them already showing damage shortly after. On November 25, 2024, their consultant, Meryl Masher, arranged for a courier to collect the shoes and send them to the supplier for inspection. This is where the nightmare truly began. I sent follow-up emails on December 2nd and 3rd, 2024, seeking an update on my return. Silence. No response whatsoever. Forced to take matters into my own hands, I called Trappers on December 3rd. To my shock, I was informed that Meryl Masher had left their employment, and they had no idea about the status of my return. They promised to call me back with an update on December 4th, 2024. Guess what? No call. Now, their phone lines seem to be permanently engaged or simply unanswered. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. To Trappers Trading: Your customer service is not just subpar; it's non-existent. You've lost all credibility in my eyes. This will be the first and last time I ever deal with your company. I demand immediate action. GET SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE NOW! To potential customers: Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Trappers Trading clearly doesn't value its customers or their time.

We bought two trappers big 5 T-shirts on the 28th of September. After the first wash the shrink. We followed all the washing instuctions. I send an email. And no response from them! It was almoat R500 a t-shirt. Will never buy again! Badest service ever.

Easy online ordering and payment process Ordered on 16 Aug and delivered on 22 and 23Aug - not the greatest of lead time for delivery but still very much within the promised time frame Excellent communication all the time on where the order is within the process- use of courier guy for delivery - great Products ordered was also as expected

Customer Service Trappers Dear Trappers Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding an order I placed with your company. On 4th of July, I ordered four pairs of trousers from your website. Unfortunately, the sizes were not standard, and I had to return them on July 9th. I initiated a conversation through WhatsApp regarding this issue, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, I often received no response. Finally, on July 17th, I was informed that a refund was processed and I should expect the money in my account by July 19th. However, by July 22nd, the refund had not been credited to my account. After reaching out once more on July 22nd, I was sent a picture of the refund transaction. When I followed up on July 23rd, your representative informed me that the money had left their account and advised me to contact my bank to locate the missing funds. I find this suggestion unhelpful and unsatisfactory, as the responsibility of ensuring the refund reaches my account lies with your company, not with my bank. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received. I trusted Trappers for my online shopping, but I have found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness and efficiency. I expect a resolution to this issue immediately and would appreciate any assistance you can provide to expedite the refund process.
