Even after writing a review a week ago, I have had no feedback from ER24. There client service is perthitic and putrit. The account Manager is always on leave or off sick. Namola is having the same issues with them whereby they double bill clients. They billed my medical aid and took from my savings and also billed Namola for the same thing. This is after I told the guy in the ambulance that Namola will be footing the bill and my medical aid must be charged. Its the second time its happening to me whereby there is a double billing. It happened to my in 2010 as well but was refunded without any queries. I don't understand how the account manager still has a job if he is always not available.

This company deserves less than zero rating. I'm writing this more than 14 days after the traumatic incident because I'm still reeling from the horrific experience and the shockingly utter incompetence and lack of obvious crisis training and sense of urgency from your staff. And based on the number of online reviews and your poor rating I see that I am not the exception but rather the rule. Some emergency services watchdog should declare your company and staff unfit for operating in emergency services and you should be stopped from operating. During my emergency, while the patient was bleeding out and I could not control the bleeding, your call center staff seemed bored and asked a lot of questions, including how to spell my street name: B-A-....etc but then they incorrectly registered the address as R-I-...etc. thereby sending the ambulance to the wrong address and taking almost an hour to arrive, after asking us to stand outside at night, to wait for them. Why ask me my address when you just make up your own?! The ambulance driver and crew were just as useless, passing the call between them, and I was even asked to spell the street name phonetically. I called your call center and ambulance more than 7 times that night. I would not recommend your useless company to anyone in distress or a serious emergency situation. You make any situation worse and also put your clients in danger of opportunistic crime by asking them to wait for your ambulance outside in the street at night.

On Friday(01/11/2019) I had an anxiety attack at work( Menlyn)was my first ever having and attack. I was suffocating, feeling weak, powerless, dizzy, my neck was stiff my eyes were heavy, confused and I struggle to speak. ER4ramedics were called to the rescue. They came and asked me what's going while I still agitated . I have bipolar and I have hernia so I took 25mg dopaquel and 100mg epitec( it take this in the morning that past 3 years) and at night I take 100mg dopaquel and 100mg epitec. I took my ulcer medication, probiotics and nausea tables. One of the paramedics had the nerve to tell me that I took sleeping pills and it wear off and he take the same medication. You don't know my diagnoses you are not a qualified doctor or psychiatrist his wrong. These people are suppose to save lives not leaving us death and have premature diagnoses without looking at my medical records. They pumped my BP they said it's fine and left, my colleague took home of which later I went to my dr who dignosed me with an enxiety attack. He indicated that my BP is slightly higher I should be fine. Later in the evening I had another attack of which I went to the hospital and my BP was 200 . Now how do I sleep it off when I almost had a heart attack and stroke. Hey no dont go to hospital you just going to waste your medical aid. Really this is not the first I have watch ER 24 leaving someone at work saying there's nothing wrong I didn't know I was going to be their next victim. Am I that crazy that I would take sleepy Pills at work??? Both doctors Hospital and private they were upset that I was left just like that. I demand and apology I will never let my reputation be ruined by someone who doesn't want to do their job. I demand a formal written apology

I received a statement from Netcare and I needed clarity on the charges for BLS. When I spoke to this David he just got so emotional and rude and did not want to listen to me. When I told him that no Basic Life Support was offered by Netcare ambulance drivers but they only transported the patient, he asked me if I have a medical qualification because only people with a medical qualification can ask him that. Which makes me wonder because I do not think he has an even basic care giving qualification for him to undermine me. He refused to listen to me and kept raising his voice telling me to go back to Netcare and use my logical thinking. I asked to speak to her manager Carol who explained the tariffs but also avoided the part where I asked for this written rule that minimum charge is 45 minutes yet I know for a fact that from my house to the hospital is less than 10 minutes. I kept highlighting that his surbodinate was rude to me but he chose to ignore that on purpose. She decided not to apologise for her rude employee throughout our conversation. At the end I asked her to listen to the recordings of the call and let me know if she does not see anything wrong with the behavior of his David. She said ok and still saw no need. This is concerning if ER24 is employing such incompetent and rude people who cannot contain their emotions. It makes me wonder what kind of operations are they running. I will get this investigated. We will not be undermined when all we need is clarity.

I been arrased by a collections agencies concerning an outstanding amount for the past few months, stating that my account is outstanding. I requested an statement as my son was involved in MVA in September last year and according to my records the medical aid paid it in full and i received NO account from ER 24. Only to find out it was an account for February 2018. I enquired with my medical aid about that specific incident and they also paid the account in full when ER sent it to them, even thou they only sent it in November simutainiously with the claim for September MVA. I then responded to the collections agency proving that my medical aid paid the full amount that ER claim in full they still insisting payment for an amount that no-one can give me proof for. If ER underclaim from my Medical aid that makes it an ER admin problem, that they obviously have for sending the claim 9 months later. Totally unexeptable. I see that there is more individuals with similar complaints. ER I recommend that you first rectify your admin department before you hand people over to collection agencies, as the first time I became aware about any amounts outstanding is a year after the incident and not from you from a extremly rude collection agency stating that I used ER therefore I know that I must pay them.
