Be careful when Travel Counsellors Pty Ltd - not reliable
Really bad experience with this company ending up costing us money. Think twice before using them, they all good and helpful at the start till something goes wrong then they very quick to shift blame and not take responsibility.

Be careful when Travel Counsellors Pty Ltd - not reliable
Really bad experience with this company ending up costing us money. Think twice before using them, they all good and helpful at the start till something goes wrong then they very quick to shift blame and not take responsibility.

Thank you for helping us dream!
It took three years of praying, planning and hoping, but at last our dream is coming true. Thank you to Donna Powell who was with us in every step, every thought and every plan. She never gave up hope, and she guided us through the dark waters. We would not have been able to have this dream come true without her. Thank you!

Travelling without stress
Huge shout out to Travel Counsellor Lynde-Lee Opperman, who was there for us from planning to confirmation and again through the entire month of our travels. No need for wads of paper -- the MYTC app takes care of all documentation, and Lynde stayed in touch through WhatsApp. Best of all -- we didn't have to worry about remembering online check-in times as soon as they opened, nor did we worry about having enough data or finding WiFi to check in -- Lynde did it all, and where possible, she got us great seats. As long as we could access WhatsApp, the QR codes would be waiting for us to use on each leg of the journey. This takes travel to another level, as everything can be organised from your home desktop; it brings personal service back to the fore. Lynde-Lee saved me from hours of trawling for flight connections. Based on our original thinking, we were initially given three or four 'package' options. We worked to and fro until everything was refined down to the final trip. And with tickets already issued, when one airline changed its flight times, she found alternatives. Lynde is professional, patient, prompt and caring -- her service is highly recommended.

HONEYMOON FROM HELL - Thank you Travel Counsellors
In my life of travelling I have come to be accustomed to the use of a travel agent and perceived a travel agent to exercise the necessary due diligence and duty of care in assisting their clients. With happiness our hearts and so happy to unwind after the wedding stress we head to O.R Tambo to get on our flight for our honeymoon! At check-in the lady pauses only informing us that I cannot board the flight , with great confusion we were informed that a passport must be valid for atleast 6 months, and that mine was expiring in 4 months! OUR TRAVEL AGENT WAS VERY AWARE TO INFORM US ABOUT YELLOW FEVER VACCINATIONS (THAT ARE NO LONGER REQUIREMENT for Zanzibar CLEARLY she was unaware of that as well) but could not after receiving my passport photo IN MARCH inform us that it was necessary to renew my passport. Mango secondly according to the Tanzanian embassy MAY NOT under any circumstances issue any plane ticket without receiving a copy of one's id and checking that it is valid for 6 months. So our first three days of honeymoon was spent at home affairs , no apologies whatsoever from our travel agent - I do firmly believe that this was the responsibility of the travel agent. Eventually we did get on our flight, R 23 000.00 extra and me having to express gratitude towards her and mango! ? The extra amount was for a downgrade at the hotel, just to be informed by the hotel that she cancelled the booking three times and did not inform them of our situation, if she did they would have reserved our original room. And what a downgrade it was from our original room which was fully paid to begin with! For the rest of my life I will remember this woman from travel counsellors who ruined what should have been one of the best moments of our life - thank you travel counsellors!

Excellent Service
I was shopping for a holiday package to Dubai. I emailed about 10 travel agencies. I then remembered that there was also Roslyn who was recommended by one of my friends. The lady is so professional and goes an extra mile.<br> <br> She took me through the whole process and I just felt like I know Dubai already. She responds to her emails and calls on time. Her professionalism and love for people is what made me go with her not to mention her great offers and superb hotels. We just booked our holiday through her and can't wait to go to Dubai.

Excellent Service
