Hi my name is Happiness Kubheka,I have booked a return tickets via travel start and when they try to access to my account they couldn't go through I'm not sure why later they sent me massage telling me that I'd I need to secure my bookings I need to pay immediately than I decided to pay via banking app, after that I ask for my plain tickets I was told the payment has not appeared on their system and since I have made the payment on Thursday afternoon the the payment will only appear on their system after 3 working days which was going to be Tuesday and that was not on my side because I had to leave on Monday then I decided to do another payment directly to FNB which is their bank with the same ref no. Finally my tickets were sent was relieved, when I got to the airport to check Inn I ask from the guy who was assisting me and he confirmed that there I double pay and the other one has been cancelled because it's shows the same ref no. and I needed to contact travel start for my refund. Now the problems start when you calling them and you click 3 as an option of refund you have to wait for assistance until your airtime is finished,when you to their website they don't come back to you ,to be honest I ****ed they very selfish and greedy because when you doing the booking it doesn't taking you even 2 minutes to reach them.
