My family has purchased this life time membership last year August & to date we have been overseas 4 times & 3 times locally, & not once did this company assist with us travel or accommodation regarding our holidays. They are all incl their office staff inhuman, arrogant, disrespectful & don't even bother to try contact them regarding a quote or anything else for that matter. This karen person has her details everywhere but you will not ever be able to contact her (you can only when u about to buy a membership). There's another arrogant person whose name is correte in the office working as the accounts person who is non the better, she also must jump of her high horse and stop *****ing people's money & behaving like we have done something wrong. Everyone who works at this company knows what they are all about but are also part of this ****. All people who have posted here have been removed just so they can make a sale. I have only followed this page for a year now & there were other poor service messages here but to date have been removed how they doing it I'm not sure. Guys dnt get caught with this company they will promise you the world but will deliver you only to your doorstep with nothing but empty promises. They can & will not assist you with anything relating to your timeshare, points, etc. There owner andre classen can not be contacted whichever method you try. If you have been ****med reply to this msg with your details because I'm building a case against this *****sters hoping we can save your money or to get a refund. These types of companies need to be exposed. Watch as I will be broadcasting this on social media as well as other platforms too get this message out there. I urge all those that read this or watched this to make contact or reply to this message so I can get in touch with you. I will make this company trend.
