false information and NO REFUND

This Company and World Vacations are one and the same. Have cancelled contract on the 10th October and been promised a refund and to date NO REFUND!!!! Please be very careful of this Company , they keep deflecting and never give a refund instead they take your money and think its ok to do this to people. i have supporting documents and emails saying they will refund and they dont , so i am not making a false statements, i have proof of what this Company had done , wondering how many more people are trying to get their money.
