This people don’t even deserve a star,bough shoes with them last year ,they delivered wrong size,been calling them last year to come collect them and bring me the right size to this day their call centre just keep taking me from pillar to post,they tell will call you back or will get them collected and next thing a week pass and nothing is done

I should’ve known better and did my research here online before purchasing online. I bought shoes and belt online on the 30th of November 2022, guess what even today their hooves of delivery company DPD Laser has failed multiple times to deliver the goods when am at home. I ordered shoes from Aldo online on the 1st of December 2022 I had them delivered in a week’s time as they use professional courier company RAM. Why sabotage your company by taking courier company that does is good at destroying company’s reputation. All the days I made appointments with the courier guys that I will be available at home they never come, but they come when am not around either work or out of time, worse on the 22nd December 2022 they never even phoned when they were at the gate I just saw the message delivery attempt failed! I will be requesting for a refund. PLEASE DO NOT ANNOY ME AND TAKE TIME REFUNDING MY MONEY WHEN I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH FOR THE GOODS. Tip is cut your losses with DPD Laser courier company if your still going to sell things online. By the looks of things other chain group store managers have had enough of you. Rather get rid of the MD whose handling Tread and Miller and get someone competent. I love your products your shoes however it seems like running a country running Tread and Miller. Today was the last attempt I gave to the courier company as I had spent more than 2 hours in total trying to reach them and explain. Spoke to Awakhe today who could not assist and advised me she will send it to Siphokazi who phoned me yesterday to check if My availability, some people are competing with ANC on how to run down the companies truly I say. Your trust index here shows there’s a major problem with management. The shareholders need to save the company and get rid of whose flipping messing with their business. This used to be a reputable company.

Logged a return on the 7th, pickup was confirmed on the 12th. It has been 15 days already and I haven't heard anything from tread and Miller, the service is appalling as everyone of their staff members in nonchalant about my situation

Moenie vanaf Tread + Miller bestel nie!!! Hulle diens is so swak. Die mense wat daar werk is clueless. Ek moes 4x my frustrasie verduidelik en steeds het hulle my bestelling opgeneuk! Hulle stock op die website is verkeerd en as jy sê 'n ander kleur is reg, kan hulle nie jou order verander nie so hulle moet jou refund. Dit vat 2 weke. So jammer vir jou... hulle is so onnooslik!

I ordered a pair of Ella shoes during the Black Friday sale. Did I not receive filthy and damaged shoes??? The leather has been chipped. The are scratches all over the shoes. I am fuming!!!!

About Tread + Miller I have ordered and paid for a bag online on the 26 November 2022. On the 30th 9h00 I received an email saying my order is being processed and was assured that the bag will be handed over to courier. Later at 13h52 I got an email saying I will be refunded because the item(bag) is damaged. I have a question. Which order was being processed between 27th to 30th for them to learn that the item(bag) was damaged. As they say "I'm a valued customer" I need that bag. I was relaxed knowing I have paid and I will receive the bag. Please help!

I ordered a pair of boots from another store. I was told it would arrive in one week. Three weeks later, I hadn’t received them and the in-store staff evaded all my attempts to get an update. It is only when I went in store that the staff had the decency to tell me that the vehicle which was transporting my shoes had supposedly been ‘hijacked’ and my shoes stolen. When I asked if they could assist with sourcing the boots from head office or another store, I was met with rude, uncooperative attitudes and curt responses. Not only did they lose my order, but the offered no assistance whatsoever and didn’t even bother to update me! Awful service from Avinash and team.
