shocking service

i bough canopy from them. 1st one leaked so they exchanged it for a new one. 2nd one leaked on the side doors so i was given option for refund. i let him know i want refund, no he not giving money back. Francois just does not answer a person at all, does not answer physical calls or whatsapp calls, does not reply on there whatsapp number as well.
