TREK-A-TRAILER Ravenmead - Poor service

Poor customer service, owner/manager thinks he can speak to you like a little child. Goes on about a sparewheel that is not even roadworthy, with the wires already sticking out. They should learn to mount the wheels of the trailers where it should be instead of giving you a lose wheel everytime which you have to load and offload wherever you go. He still got alot of learning to do where it comes to customer service.
