Alluminum doors and widows not delivered as promised

I am so disappointed in the poor service from Trellidor Butterworth. I pad more than 50K for Alluminum doors and windows to be delivered on time but unfortunately not , I am still WAITING, Keith is coming up with some stories. Pls help, Seems like they only provide service to a certain group of people. Very dissapointed at their service maybe they are taking advantage of me because I am a lady
