Trendy Treasures - broken promises

Trendy Treasures, based at the Fourways Farmers Market, has failed to deliver our furniture which we have paid for in full. The first delivery date was on 22/12/2014. Two hours before delivery we get told that our furniture is not ready and they cannot come through. It was then revealed that not all of our furniture had been completed, but Tim offered to deliver the items that were completed on 24 Dec 2014. We waited but no contact was made after countless attempts to contact him.This impacted our Christmas as we had no dining room table and had to cancel our Christmas dinner and much of the already purchased food went to waste. For weeks after, Tim has been incredibly hard to get hold of and often ignores our emails and texts, and when he does contact us there are lies, stories and promises that get broken. We finally managed to lock down a new delivery date on Thursday 29/01/2015 but that delivery gets cancelled too. Apparently we will get some of our items in the next week...we are not holding our breath. The next step may well be the small claims court. The worst part is that Tim clearly has no understanding of how unprofessional his service has been. Disgusting.
