Service??? Yeah right!!!
I’m sure they got their support staff from a lucky packet. I’M PAYING FOR A SERVICE BUT DON’T GET PROPER SUPPORT FOR THIS “SERVICE “!!!! For two weeks I’ve been trying to get my email sorted out, with no luck at all!!! “Support” clowns change settings that don’t work and EVERY month we have to change passwords and the incompetence starts again!!! Why are they in business if they can’t offer support for the product you’re PAYING for???!!!

INNOVATIVE NETWORKS ARE ****!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
This company is also called INNOVATIVE NETWORKS and they are the most shut company ever, you are more without Internet then with internet and the take forever to come and fix it and they never fix on weekends, meaning of your fibre is acting up Friday afternoon l, they will only come fix it Monday or Tuesday and after fixing tworks for only two days again. Also they are lying to they customers and I have proof of them being dishonest, HELLO PETER PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE. this company is ripping us apart.

Empty promises and waste of money
Worst internet service privider ever. You pay for 10mbps but you are lucky to get 2 mbps. Phoning support foes not help as they just dont answer the phones. The manager in charge ignores calls to his phpne and blocks your number. This company will not last long with this pathetic (non) service.

Can't complain about service as there is none!!!
Worst f service. Pay for 20mbps and get 1mbps.......always full of excuses and **** and empty promises. You phone the 2IC and he rejects your call. Send him whattsapp messages and blocks you. What goes around comes around. If you think your business is gonna survive with this service, think again!!!!
