DSJ Europe Tour 2025 - An outstanding experience!

The tour to Europe – Milan, Verona, Venice, Plitvice, Zagreb, Budapest and Vienna – organised for the Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg by Trip to Travel, was an incredible experience from beginning to end. All arrangements regarding payment and parent queries were dealt with by Trip to Travel and we were carefully guided and supported through all the processes of visa application, necessary documentation and the scary airport check-in. It was extremely helpful and reassuring to have a tour manager, who greeted us on landing in Milan and stayed with us every step of the way for the tour. We knew we were safe with our dedicated and reliable coach driver. The hotels we were booked into surpassed our expectations. All were three-stars or more and were fully equipped to cater for our large group. The itinerary was meticulously planned, with a careful balance of guided tours and free time. Some activities were outside of the children’s usual experience and helped them to dig deep and tap into resources that they didn’t know they had. The experiences that the children had and the skills they learnt will benefit them for a lifetime. They have had their minds opened to new opportunities and different ways of life. As teachers, we thoroughly enjoyed seeing the growth and development in our students. We also really appreciate how Trip to Travel made the tour enjoyable and trouble-free for us too. We are blown away by their consideration and support. This was our first tour with Trip to Travel and it is the only tour company we will use in the future.
