Great Service thank you
On behalf of my family I would like to pass my deep gratitude to the team at Triskyl, more especially to Marie Landman. Since we came to stay in Heidelberg she went out of her way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. When ever we were not satisfied with anything she would quickly assist and if anything breaks she would make sure that it gets fixed as soon as possible. The last one that brought me to my knees is the last day of our stay the was an issue with the electricity meter we couldn't purchase electricity. We thought that it was the Municipality issue... My wife notified Marie, as usual she waved her magic wand and the problem was solved Thank you very much Marie Triskyl has an asset in you and May GOD Bless you and give you many more years. Zero service from my so-called managing agency
Triskyl doesn't even deserve a red star rating, they do not deserve a star at all. I have not received good service from them in the last 12 months that I have stayed in a complex that they manage. Water usage is unfairly split in this complex and when I query this, I get told that mogale city took away the free water and the account went up with R7800.00 for the complex. If I divide this by 77 units, it is less than R100.00 per unit increase - which I am happy to pay. But my water went from R291.00 to R676.00 in one month and Triskyl is not answering me as to why, they are saying that it was used and need to be paid. The person doesn't suggest that there could be a fault with the water meter, or a burst pipe or anything showing that he will sort this out. I must just pay. We are 2 adults and 2 kids of 7 and 9. We all leave home at 5:50 am and return around 16:15 - I have no domestic worker, nobody is at home during the day. I am asking my Managing Agents to assist and they are not willing to assist. I must just pay. Not happy with this service and will not recommend them to anyone,

Thanks for making my stay memorable!!!
<p>So 2015 I moved into a unit that Triskyl manage. First month I stayed there I got my first warning. Not asked what happened. Just a warning. When I replied to the email I was belittled by the receptionist and they refused to listen. PS...My son was cleaning his golf set in I bucket in our backyard and was said he was playing golf...was not what happened! But still they refused. And so came many other warnings. If you do respond they answer in such a rude manner they attack you. Now I had a lease that I renewed after my 1st year. Being a single mother our factory closed down in Dec 2016 without warning. But I made sure my rent was paid every single month and on time. Feb 2017 I paid "late" ON THE 4th! without hesitation they listed me on TPN as a late payer! After it was discussed with the landlord and approved...in 20months of renting from them I never skipped or paid after the first. ONE month....!!! So I give notice!Beginning of Feb 2017 first response... I have to pay cancellation fees and then came the emails and the threats from Carl (the principal) I was belittled beyond believe. Attacked my livelyhood. I am a single mother who has just lost my Job and looks after my sick mother plus my 2 children. I have begged with Triskyl to pay over my deposit that was way more than my rent to the owner and all I heard was sarcastic comments and belittling me, I am for not paying...ONE MONTH! Then I was told by Carl on a email that what he did to other tenants not paying by sending the sherrif and strip them of everything they own. Why did he have to discuss other tenants with me?... So Triskyl cancelled our access cards, which is against the rental law denying us access to our unit. After a huge argument with the security to access the unit so we can clean, the head of security was phoned. He came running over while we were washing walls and carpets, out of breath he says: I was phoned cause you are ripping out the carpets!... my mother and I stood there and could not believe our ears!! Now.... they wanto sue me for cancellation fees... Which the law changed by the way 20days notice. I nearly gave 2months notice. And now they are denying my handyman access to fix a door that was dented. So the charges will be added to my account. Thank you Triskyl for making my stay memorable and attacking me as a person. Please new tenants think before you rent from them. Only people that matters to them is landlords, aslong as you pay your rent keep quiet and say yes and amen to threats you will be okay!</p>

Unethical Business
<p>We veiwed a property listed with this company that was available to rent, on viewing the property to told the agent Carl that we would like to take to property and that we shall send him all the neccessary paperwork, He informed us that this should be fine as we where first inline as we where the first to veiw the property.</p> <p> </p> <p>Perperwork sent through an credit check was done without issues along with proof that the deposit funds was immediately available.</p> <p> </p> <p>All of this only to be told that by Marie Landman that the property has been given to another family.</p> <p> </p> <p>Got about lodging a complaint with the estate agency board only to be informed that Marie Landman is not registered with the instituion according to them which i beleive is a requirement of the industry.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needles to say a complaint as been lodged with the board for unethical conduct along with a story submission to DSTVS Carte Blanche</p> <p> </p> <p>I shall never recommend this company to anyone that i know due to their unethical way of running a business</p>

Owner attacks my personhood, bad attitude!!!
I signed a lease agreement with Triskyl Properties on behalf of my sister who was the occupant. When she lost her job I informed the agency that I had to terminate the lease as I cannot afford to pay the rental and my own bond. I was then threatened with legal action, stating that even if I serve the 20 days cancellation notice I will still be blacklisted as breach of contract. I tried to plead with the head of the agency Carl Koekemoer but he instead became personal and said its not his problem, due to my stupid mistake to sign for someone else I will have to bear the consequences. He arrogantly stated that either way I am definitely gonna pay for my mistake.<br> <br> I don't understand how someone can be so inhuman, he has send many emails stating that I am a small child that didn't get my way and attacks my personhood. I have escalated the complaint to the National Complaints Commissioner who has now referred my to the Rental Tribunal.<br> <br> I just don't understand how I can be held hostage in a contract that makes provision for early cancellation and the heartless manner in which the agency has dealt with me is beyond comprehension. I hope that many will see and avoid dealing with them.
