Unprofessional tendencies - only after money
I do not recommend their services, after I requested to suspend my account, they went ahead and charged me regardless of the agreement made. There are emails to prove the agreement which they refuse to refer to and though our services are cut off they claim we are still using their service, but cannot prove all their claims. They cannot even show which months I was charged for, they have simply sent a round figure. I am very disappointed as they have acted unprofessionally. How do you bill a client who requested for services to be suspended, fail to investigate then impose payment which you cannot even reconcile? It seems they are just after money.

Awesome Service and turn-around time.
A big Shout-out to the Technicians Justin and Ntate Ncube for doing a Job well done. They have an awesome Boss who handles things in an instant and these two Gentlemen know their story. Your Response Team is always so friendly and on-top of their Game (David). To many more Years.

Excellent Technical Installations team
5 Stars for a great fields team and technical installations team. I am impressed with a recent installation the Trojan technical team (Mackson, Abraham, and Stephen B') has done - with every sensor mapped to my expectations for the alarm board and software system. I would recommend the Trojan technical team for alarm system installations.

Double deductions
They deduct my premium twice every month. They promise to resolve and then don't... two deductions again this morning. Enough!

Well done Trojan Security!
A BIG BIG Well done !! Yesterday 18.1.2022 in the Fountainbleau area (Randburg) we had an early morning incident with some skelms jumping properties - apparently break-inns that happened earlier in the morning not far away. Trojan Security / ADT and Linden Police - You guys were awesum!! They all were on point, professional and didn't take sh*t from these skelms, followed by arrests made - Again, great job everyone!

A BIG BIG Well done !! Total disregard of Rules of the Road & outside a school
Around 5.54am this am walking my dogs on CR Swart Drive & crossing the road at the pedestrian/zebra crossing outside Newton House & a response vehicle with 3 other passengers clearly not paying attention came close to hitting me & then by his own actions apparently believed he had the right of way. Clearly the driver in question has no clue about the Rules of the Road or cares. The vehicle is clearly advertising the security company's name. When the public are looking for a security company they don't only take R's into account but this kind of behavior as well. It's bad advertising & a clear indication of the arrogance of some of your response people who I certainly would not want anywhere near my property.

Unreliable and terrible service
Terrible service and staff do not communicate with each other. After hardware invoices being paid, 2 months of back and forth, with 5 visits to my home, they still have not been able to set up my alarm system. The company has wasted so much of my time to still be left nowhere. I keep asking them to not debit my account for an armed response service that is rendered useless without a functional alarm being installed, which goes onto deaf ears and I keep having to ask them to refund me.

Extreme rudeness of Trojan Security armed response people
On 20 December 2017 at around 17h00 a Trojan Security armed response person visited my neighbour's house in Oak Avenue in Robindale, Randburg because of his alarm going off for no reason. I asked him "why is the alarm going off for no reason?" to which he responded in the most rude manner: "I am checking because that alarm is going off, I have nothing to do with the F_____G alarm! If you have a problem with the alarm going off speak to your neighbour!" If ever I get armed response for my own house it would NEVER be Trojan Security!! If THAT is their attitude then I do NOT want THAT type of person inspecting my property! This person's alarm has been going off for no reason very often for years! Trojan Security has seemingly not done ANYTHING to help him for this NOT to happen! Every time the alarm goes off they simply send a person (or not) to check the alarm and go away again. This alarm system is no good to anyone except for annoying the people who live around this person. WHY DOES TROJAN SECURITY NOT MAKE A PLAN TO HELP THE PEOPLE FOR WHICH THEY HAVE TO SEND OUT GUARDS SO OFTEN IN ORDER TO HELP THE SET UP THE ALARMS SYSTEMS SO THAT IT DOES NOT GO OFF FOR NO REASON??? It seems like they (like so many other SA companies) are simply interested in selling as many systems they can and that's it!!
