****kies cheesy screams

I am a truda product customer, however lately your ****kies 100g cheesy screams every packet I open looks like some of the chips have been nibbled on my 1st thoughts by mice, hopefully not aliens haha ,I have squeezed,pressed on them no way does that same nibbled dent appear, however when I gnaw it with my teeth that same indents are there, Please check your storage of these products,
