Deposit paid but order never received

I ordered cupboard doors several months ago and paid a deposit over.

I am yet to receive the product. I asked for a refund and was promised one, but it was never paid over.

After connecting with a few other customers of this company, we shared stories and realised that the same has happened to many many people.
