Yello Page is a ****

I recently took renewed my contact with Telkom for my small business. Somehow i ended up with a subscription to yellow page. Upon realizing that this was the case, i tried contacting yellow page on 011 6740034 and emailing Patricia.Mkhonza@yp.co.za. The person on the other end of the phone does not either pick up the phone, or when they do, they tell me that they will call me back , which im still waiting for the call back. I need this subscription cancelled and its costing me a lot and currently my Telkom is suspended because of this bill of yp. At this point, i am convinced that this whole yellow page thing is a ****
