Apartments on Oak
Apartments on Oak on the cover of Dover and Oak in Ferndale, Randburg is a ****roach infested rat ranch. The failure by TrueProp - part of the consortium that owns the building are guilty of fraudulent non-disclosure. If prospective tenants knew the true state of affairs, they would never, ever enter into a lease agreement. Water lies around in the parking lot and this breeds mosquitoes. The plumbing is a mess. Sewerage and other effluent is bot flushed away efficiently. The owners are, as I have stated, a disreputable bunch of fraudsters and lowlife wannabe property moguls. They are disgraceful and shameless. Local AirBnB’s are better value.

Poor Customer services
I have been staying in one of the premiers of Trueprop in Randburg 352 corner Oak and Dover , apartment on oak, and i moved out end of June 2017. When applying for a new lease the agency had advised me that the above company has blacklisted me for not paying yet and still owe them still to date, according to the system. I had moved out of the premiers 3 years ago and no one had even made contact with me, my work email address and contact remained unchanged. This is so unethical were company exploit us as tenants and when i left the premiers i had official served my one month notices, on one of the documentation that i had received from the company/summons of arrears due which someone fraudulently initial it on my behalf, i am not able to get approved for my new lease. Honestly speaking this is bull and they claim that they made contact with me and no luck. What **** me the most is i am not able to get a company of my last email advising the company of my notice. No one wants to take accountability and my rights are being exploited and i will be taking this better to the ombudsman for further assistance since my rights are being violated.

Negligence and I don’t care attitude
Hello, this Body cooperate located in 10 st Helena road, beacon bay, east London, 5201, the environment of their building apartments on Oak is no conducive to live in, they lack maintenance and neglect every complain about the apartment but they are quick to want money money money, the toilets in the apartment mess, the building is cracking, the apartments leaks everytime it rains, people move in this and move out next month. Everything about this apartments is a total mess, hallway smells, no ventilation of any means, ****roaches everywhere in the apartment no matter how clean you are, they are dirty and filthy, this body cooperate is in east London and they hardly do a routine check, all they want is money from Tenant even if there are no form of entertainment in the complex, every material used here are of lowest quality and they are rude when they talk to you on phone...

Disgusting Infestation at Apartments on Oak
I moved into the apartment block end of March 2017 within days I noticed a vast ****roach infestation in my flat. Mind you I hadn't even bought furniture yet. I complained and was told that building management "fumigates" the public areas every month - shocking. I am putting this post up for apartment-seekers so they are not duped into signing a lease and living in filth for 12 months with an agency that simply doesn't give two sh*ts about basic hygiene. They are happy to take your R6000 rent monthly but so slow to answer to complaints I can only load 1 pic here so feel free to contact me on ********** and I will forward you the other pics and videos I have taken from my apartment
