Non Delivery of order
<div>Placed order with chickens they are situated in Mosselbay and my delivery point 160km from there. Price on website not same as what I have paid. Additional payment of R5400 requested for special transport cages with the promise of refund of R4400 on delivery. Additional R18000 quarantine deposit requested as the chickens are now in KZN. I lost R10000 from this </div>

Good customer service and fast delivery
My husband and I would like to express our appreciation for you being such a responsible breeder and for always being available to answer our questions regardless of how insignificant they may be. You have always kept us informed and updated on the progress of each of our chickens before we actually receive them, which is one of the reasons we will keep referring people to you.

**** ALERT! trustpoultryfarm.co.za I ordered 100 white leghorn point of lay hens, paid for upfront incl delivery to Eastern Cape, only to receive an email from the 'shipping' company Grodex requesting me to pay R10500 for 'temperature regulated' poultry cages, requesting an immediate payment and R9000 would be refunded upon return. Trust Poultry Farm and Trinity Poultry farm have the exact same website. Please be careful when ordering and paying for livestock upfront. *Note: they use names of what seems to be legitimate companies on facebook*

Trust poulty farm is ****
This business is a **** I ordered Dorper sheep from them and they kept me going around in circles claiming the stock is with the logistics people and it’s coming from another branch and then the ”logistics company” wanted me to pay a deposit for the cages and I must do a pay and clear now

Timely Delivery Service
